Blomidon Inn, Carol Chernega, Catherine Morley, In the Garden with Jane Austen, Jane Austen, JASNA, JASNA Nova Scotia, Kim Wilson, Prescott House
Tomorrow is the JASNA Nova Scotia summer afternoon in the beautiful Annapolis Valley, and I am looking forward to lunch at the Blomidon Inn in Wolfville, followed by a tour of the Inn’s gardens and a tour of the gardens at Prescott House. The house is “one of the finest examples of Georgian Architecture in Nova Scotia.” We’ll talk about Kim Wilson’s book In the Garden with Jane Austen, along with material from a few web sources about Austen and gardens. Photos to follow (if the weather’s good…).
